It looks like Lalit Modi, a former IPL chairman and successful businessman, adores his current love, Sushmita Sen, and gives us new couple goals.

Last month, after Lalit Modi and Sushmita Sen publicly disclosed their romance online, the former IPL Chairman and Bollywood actress grabbed national headlines. Despite this, the pair have continued to be fairly active on social media despite receiving a tonne of trolling as people were shocked to learn that the 58-year-old businessman, who now resides in the UK, was dating the former Miss Universe Sen.

However, it appears that they are unconcerned about the unpleasant trolls. Lalit and Sushmita have also recently participated in some social media PDA.

On Saturday, Lalit continued their public display of affection online by making cute remarks on Sushmita’s most recent images and videos from the Italian island of Sardinia, where the two had previously had a holiday.

The Arya actress posted a video from her holiday to Sardinia on her official Instagram account on Friday. She surprised her followers with a video of herself swimming in the Mediterranean Sea while on a yacht. Sushmita was stunning as always while wearing a black and white one-piece.

Upon sharing the video, she captioned it, saying,

“Align, pause, breathe…let go!!! A lesson in surrender, as I experience the cushioned embrace of the Mediterranean Sea!! Beautifully captured @itsalways. Where life has depth…I am all in!! I love you guys!!! #duggadugga”

A number of internet users responded to the video in the comments area, but Lalit Modi’s response caught everyone’s attention. Along with the emojis for a kiss and love eyes, the creator of IPL boldly stated,

“Looking hot in Sardinia”

His comment has gone viral on various social media platforms and has already become meme fodder for content creators. While lots of people are complimenting their relationship, many are also taking potshots at them.

Not to mention that once Lalit and Sushmita’s relationship became known, there was a lot of discussion, much of which included derogatory remarks about the actress. As some detractors believed she was marrying an “old” guy like Lalit Modi simply for financial gain, Sushmita was dubbed several names, including “gold digger.”

Sushmita then responded to the trolls in the most ideal way possible by claiming that she is still interested in diamonds and plans to purchase them on her own. However, it seems that over the course of time, she is now receiving lots of positive compliments, which would definitely make her day if she was reading them. As one user commented on her photo, saying,
