The cab driving system is an integral part of modern transportation, as cab drivers provide a convenient and affordable transportation option for people who need to travel within a city or between cities. The system, however, is not without its challenges.

Cab drivers, like any other profession, have their fair share of problems. Despite the fact that most drivers are trustworthy and responsible, some have a reputation for behaving unethically, which can cause a number of problems, especially for female customers.
Recently, this unprofessionalism has become a hot topic of discussion after a Rapido driver sent an unpleasant text message to a woman after she provided her location over WhatsApp, marking yet another instance of impolite behavior by taxi drivers and bike taxi aggregators against female clients.
The whole creepy exchange went viral on Twitter and forced the company to respond to it. So, here’s what happened:
Female passenger shares creepy messages sent by the Rapido driver
A screenshot of the exchange was published on Twitter by the user husnpari, and the post has now gone viral. The lady posted a snapshot of the conversation, in which the man claimed to have come just after hearing her voice and seeing her display image.
He continued by saying that if it hadn’t been for the pickup, he wouldn’t have arrived. Taking to Twitter, the passenger wrote,
“shared my location with a captain at @rapidobikeapp and this is what i get???? FUCK YOUR APP FUCK YOUR MEN FUCK MEN”
