Mahua Moitra, a politician for the Trinamool Congress (TMC) and a first-time member of parliament, has won plaudits for her electrifying speech in the parliament upon her election. Since then, she has garnered a lot of attention for her every political and non-political move.
While doing this, she gained a lot of fans for her candour because of her liberal viewpoints and frank mindset, but on the other hand, she also attracted a lot of detractors for her over-liberalistic beliefs and luxurious lifestyle.
