A Fan Asks Swara Bhasker ‘Why She Is Supporting Karan Johar’, Gets Scholled For Her Response

It’s been around three weeks now since Sushant Singh Rajput drew his last breath. Though the reason was still unclear, the whole nation has been indicting nepot!sm for the untimely demise of the extremely talented actor.
The debate on nepot!sm started after Sushant’s demise. There were reports according to which the Bollywood star was banned by some big production houses including producers such as Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Salman Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, etc.
Some video clips of old videos are also going viral on social media platforms in which A-listers or the star kids are seen making fun of Sushant during a talk show or at other events. Social media users are very angry with the big celebrities of the industry. In fact, many are demanding that movies of Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Bhansali, YRF, etc. should be boycotted to teach them a lesson.
Actress Swara Bhaskar, who is making news for her latest movie ‘Rasbhari‘, came out in support of Karan Johar. The filmmaker is under constant scrutiny over the nepot!sm debate.
Swara asked people to acknowledge that he did not remove the nepot!sm comment from his show ‘Koffee With Karan’. Swara tweeted,
Let’s take a moment & acknowledge that @karanjohar took this question on the chin, & answered in a candid & honest manner not taking unwarranted personal offense.
